We're a top-notch artist representation agency on the lookout for a hardworking and organized intern to join our team! We represent some of the best national and international photographers, 3D artists, and illustrators in the industry, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about the creative arts and wants to gain some valuable experience in the world of advertisement.
As an intern, you'll be assisting our production team and support them with all organizational matters. Approximately 80% in the office, 20% on set.
Assisting with scheduling and coordinating photo shoots and other projects
Helping with the management of equipment and supplies
Keeping track of production schedules and deadlines
Organizing and maintaining client and artist files
Helping with the coordination of travel and accommodations for shoots
Assisting with the creation of production presentations and other documents
Daily office works, phone, mail
Shopping, pick-ups and driving (yes, you need a driving license)
Production assistance on set when needed
Driver, runner and production assistance on set
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Office programs
Fluent in English and German
A passion for the creative arts and a desire to learn more about the industry
We are looking for a productive, bubbly individual who is passionate about all preliminary work and types of advertising production and has a desire to learn and grow in the industry. This is an excellent opportunity to gain initial production experience and work with a talented team of professionals.
The internship can be extended for another 6 months before the agreed upon 6 months are up if it is a mutual fit, you want to deepen your knowledge and improve your skills, and possibly work towards a permanent position.
