Natalija entered the modelling industry in 1995 while still in school and soon began travelling the world as a professional model, working on hundreds of sets and catwalks from Milan, Paris and London to Sydney, Hamburg and, New York, where she lived in 2001 and 2002. Those years shaped her eye, deepened her respect for the creative process and taught her how essential strong production is to the success of any project.
After her time in fashion, she became one of four core team members who built a 7'000 sqm spa in Austria from the ground up, from the first dig to opening day, before moving into the roles of Spa Manager and later Sales & Marketing Director. Eventually, her passion for imagery called her back, this time behind the scenes. VisualEyes was born from that return to her roots, with a renewed perspective and a commitment to supporting artists and clients with clarity, care and professionalism.
VisualEyes was founded in 2007 with a simple intention: to collaborate with exceptional artists and deliver outstanding creative production to clients worldwide. Over the years, this intention has become our signature.
With more than 30 years of professional experience and 18+ years of leading VisualEyes, the agency has grown into a trusted international partner representing top photographers, illustrators and 3D artists for still and motion work. Our roster is curated with one standard in mind: uncompromising quality.
We accompany our artists and clients through every step of a production, taking care of each detail from the first idea to the final delivery. Our support includes budget planning and control, research, cost negotiations, casting and booking of models and crews, styling, hair and make-up, travel and location coordination, on-set production, and everything else a project may require.
